Order Tracking

After your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update after the shipment has been handed over to the carrier.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

  • Delays due to weather, natural disasters, or unforeseen circumstances

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item(s)

  • Photos of the packaging

Our support team will review your request and work toward a suitable resolution.


Multiple Shipments

In some cases, orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately depending on inventory availability and warehouse logistics.

If this occurs, you will receive separate tracking information for each shipment.
